Game Mechanics & Rules

Millionaire Peg Ball simulates a ball falling through a triangular peg grid. At each peg, the ball deflects left or right with equal 50% probability. The final slot determines the payout multiplier.

  1. Choose the number of rows, 8 to 16. More rows widen the outcome distribution and raise the top edge-slot multiplier.
  2. Choose a risk level: Low, Medium, or High. Low compresses multipliers around 1x; High concentrates the largest multipliers at the extreme edge slots.
  3. Set your bet (min $0.10, max $20 per drop).
  4. Press Drop Ball (or Space). The ball path through the pegs is determined by the SHA-256 provably fair hash, producing one bit per row.
  5. The ball settles in one of (rows + 1) slots at the bottom. The slot multiplier is applied to your bet and paid into your balance.
  6. How Millionaire Mode's jackpot trigger works for Peg Ball is shown in the in-game Millionaire Mode panel. A Golden Ball that lands in an outer slot wins $1,000,000.

Bets and Payouts

Peg Ball payouts come from the slot multiplier table, chosen by row count (8-16) and risk level (Low / Medium / High). Bet limits: $0.10 min, $20 max per drop. Nine optional slot-pattern side bets settle off the same drop where the ball lands. Live X:1 payouts depend on row count.

Millionaire Mode

BetPayoutDetails
Golden Ball $1,000,000 Turning MM on adds no per-drop fee. Every drop has a chance to spawn a Golden Ball; if one spawns and lands in an outer slot, the jackpot pays. Higher bets raise the Golden Ball spawn rate. Free trigger (no side-bet fee)

Controls and Settings

Peg Ball uses the shared Millionaire settings panel plus Peg Ball-specific keyboard shortcuts for drop cadence, bet adjustment, and quick-drop counts. Row count and risk level are selected via on-screen dropdowns; settings persist per-browser and per-currency.

Settings

  • Sound toggles win/loss sound effects.
  • Effects toggles particle bursts on wins and loss shake.
  • Voices plays character voice-pack lines on real-money wins above the currency threshold.
  • Voice Pack selects the character voice. The dropdown loads live from the server; examples include The Sheriff and Mafia Boss. Off silences voice; Random rotates.
  • Instant Bet skips the ball animation and resolves each drop immediately.
  • Speed Slow / Normal / Fast animation timing. Also controls delay between drops in auto mode.
  • Show Tips toggles on-hover tutorial tooltips.

Manual and Auto Modes

Peg Ball supports Manual and Auto modes. Auto mode chains a fixed count of drops at the selected bet, row count, and risk level. Each drop is independent and fully resolved server-side before the next one begins.

Manual

Set bet, rows, and risk. Press Drop Ball (or Space). The ball animates through the peg grid to its pre-determined slot. Adjust any setting between drops.

Auto

Set a drop count and bet, then press Auto Drop. The game repeats the configured drop until the count runs out. Quick-drop hotkeys (Z/X/C/V/B) chain 1/10/25/50/100 drops without needing the auto panel.

Stop conditions:

  • The configured drop count is reached.
  • You press Stop on the auto panel.
  • Any drop returns a server error (for example, insufficient balance). Auto halts and hands back control.

Replay and Shared Replay

Your own replays

Each completed drop joins your history as soon as it settles, with no page refresh. Click any row to replay the drop: the ball falls through the original peg path to the original slot, and the payout redisplays.

Shared replays

Every drop has a shareable link. Use the share button on a history row to copy the URL. Anyone with the link can watch the drop, including any Golden Ball event, without logging in.

What gets reproduced

A replay reproduces the drop from its original provably fair proof, so the peg path, landing slot, and Golden Ball status all match. Balances are not re-applied, so watching or sharing a replay is free.

Optimal Strategy & Analysis

Peg Ball's payout distribution follows a binomial pattern weighted by the number of rows. At 16 rows, the centre-slot probability is C(16,8)/2^16 ~ 19.6%, while each outermost slot has a probability of 1/2^16 ~ 0.0015%. High risk concentrates extreme multipliers in these low-probability edge slots; Low risk compresses multipliers toward the centre for reduced variance.

Row count is the primary volatility dial. An 8-row High risk drop has a 1/256 (0.39%) chance of hitting the outermost slot; a 16-row High risk drop drops this to 1/65,536 (0.0015%).

Expected value is identical at 98% across all combinations. Strategy is a variance choice rather than an EV choice. Low risk with 8-12 rows produces frequent near-bet outcomes; High risk with 14-16 rows produces rare extreme outcomes.

How Millionaire Mode's jackpot trigger works for Peg Ball is shown in the in-game Millionaire Mode panel. The jackpot only pays on a Golden Ball drop that lands in an outer slot, so combining higher bet sizes with more rows widens the number of drops carrying genuine jackpot eligibility.

Provably Fair Verification

Each peg decision (left or right) is derived from a bit extracted from SHA-256(server_seed + ':' + client_seed + ':' + nonce). For 16 rows, 16 bits are consumed, determining the full path atomically before the animation plays. The committed server seed hash is shown in the fairness panel before the session begins.

Any past drop can be reproduced by obtaining the revealed server seed (after rotating your client seed), recomputing the hash with the recorded nonce, and extracting the corresponding bits. The resulting path and slot outcome must match the recorded drop bit-for-bit.

Millionaire Mode Technical Details

Millionaire Mode in Peg Ball is free to enable; there is no separate per-round fee. Each round can trigger a Golden Ball; the in-game Millionaire Mode panel shows exactly how the trigger works for Peg Ball.

While Millionaire Mode is active, Peg Ball uses an alternate Millionaire multiplier table that sits slightly below the standard schedule. That gap is what funds the jackpot shot on every round; the game mechanics are unchanged.

A Golden Ball opens the jackpot condition. The jackpot is a fixed $1,000,000, pre-funded and paid as a single transaction when the condition resolves.

The jackpot does not accumulate between rounds. Every Golden Ball is a full attempt at the headline figure.

Frequently Asked Questions

What side bets does Millionaire Peg Ball offer and what are their payouts?

Nine side bets are available: Side Bias Left, Side Bias Right, Centre Sticky, Top Ends, Inner Mirror, Mid Mirror, Bisector, Octet, Triple Mirror. Each is an independent wager placed before the round and settles on its own outcome, regardless of the main result.

What is Millionaire Peg Ball and how does it work?

Millionaire Peg Ball is a provably fair physics-style game on WickedBet. A ball traverses a triangular peg grid, deflecting left or right at each peg. The final slot determines the payout multiplier. Players choose row count (8-16) and risk level (Low / Medium / High), which together define the multiplier distribution.

How does Millionaire Mode function in Millionaire Peg Ball?

Millionaire Mode is free to enable with no per-round fee. While it is on, Peg Ball uses an alternate, slightly lower Millionaire multiplier table; that schedule funds the jackpot shot on every round. Each round can trigger a Golden Ball (the in-game Millionaire Mode panel shows how the trigger works for this game); the $1,000,000 jackpot is pre-funded and paid in full when the condition resolves.

Which keyboard shortcuts does Millionaire Peg Ball support?

Space drops a single ball; Q halves the bet, E doubles it; M mutes sound; I toggles Instant Bet; Z/X/C/V/B run quick-drops of 1/10/25/50/100 balls respectively; comma/period/slash set animation speed to Slow/Normal/Fast.

How does auto-bet work in Millionaire Peg Ball and which stop conditions are supported?

Auto mode chains a configured number of drops at the current bet, row count, and risk level. Stop conditions: drop count reached, manual Stop, or any server-side error (insufficient balance, network failure). Quick-drop hotkeys run fixed-count batches (1/10/25/50/100) without using the auto panel.

How do normal and shared replays work in Millionaire Peg Ball?

Each settled drop joins your history as it finishes. Click a row to replay the drop with its original peg path. Every drop also has a public share URL; anyone with the link can watch it without logging in. Replays reproduce the drop exactly from its provably fair proof; balances are not reapplied.

How can I verify Millionaire Peg Ball is provably fair?

Each peg decision is derived from a bit extracted from SHA-256(server_seed + ':' + client_seed + ':' + nonce). The server seed hash is committed before play. Rotate your client seed to reveal the server seed and recompute any drop yourself; the resulting path and slot must match the recorded drop.

What is the mathematically optimal strategy for Millionaire Peg Ball?

Low risk with 8-12 rows for session stability; High risk with 14-16 rows for jackpot potential. How Millionaire Mode's jackpot trigger works for Peg Ball is shown in the in-game Millionaire Mode panel.
