Millionaire Coin Flip
Game Mechanics & Rules
Millionaire Coin Flip is a provably fair binary-outcome game. The player selects Heads or Tails; a SHA-256-derived result determines the outcome. Multiple coins can be played simultaneously for increased variance.
- Set your bet amount.
- Select Heads or Tails for your prediction.
- Optionally increase the number of coins: each additional coin adds a parallel independent outcome, increasing payout for matching results across all coins.
- Click Flip. Each coin's outcome is determined by independent SHA-256 hash derivations.
- If all coins match your prediction, you win the compounded multiplier. Partial matches do not pay.
- Review the provably fair result for each coin in the round result panel.
Bets and Payouts
Coin Flip main bet: pick Heads or Tails, optionally chain multiple coins for a compound multiplier. Each coin P(win) = 0.5 with per-coin payout 1.96x. Multi-coin compound multiplier = 1.96^N. Six pattern side bets settle on the final 5-coin outcome (5-coin games only).
Bet structure
| Bet | Payout | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Single coin | 1.96x | 50% win probability. |
| Multi-coin (2-N) | 1.96^N | Compound multiplier. Lose any flip and the round ends. Cash out any time between flips. |
Side bets (5-coin games)

|---|---|---|
| All Same | 14:1 | All 5 coins land on the same side. 5-coin games only. |
| Streak of 3+ | 0.92:1 | At least 3 of the same side appear in a row anywhere in the sequence. 5-coin games only. |
| Sandwich | 14:1 | Outer pair shares a side, with all 3 middle coins on the OTHER side. 5-coin games only. |
| Perfect Alternation | 14:1 | Every adjacent pair differs across the full 5-coin sequence. 5-coin games only. |
| Mixed Bag | 0.5:1 | At least 2 heads AND at least 2 tails across the 5 coins. 5-coin games only. |
| Mostly Same | 2:1 | Exactly 4 of one side and 1 of the other across the 5 coins. 5-coin games only. |

Optimal Strategy & Analysis
This is mathematically equivalent to Dice set to Roll Under 50 or Roll Over 50 - the same 50% win probability with the same payout calibration. No selection between Heads and Tails affects expected value; both outcomes have equal probability.
Multi-coin configurations increase variance multiplicatively. With N coins, P(all match) = 0.5^N and payout = 1.96^N. The expected value per round remains 0.98 × bet regardless of coin count, but variance scales as O(4^N). At 4 coins, P(all match) = 6.25% and payout = 14.7x - a longshot 1-in-16 bet with a 14.7x payout.
From a session strategy perspective, multi-coin configurations are equivalent to rare-high-payout configurations in Dice or Limbo. A 4-coin flip at a given bet size behaves identically in expected value to a Limbo roll targeting 14.7x at the same bet. Players who prefer the Coin Flip interface for visual simplicity can access any variance level by adjusting coin count.
Millionaire Mode in Coin Flip is particularly well-suited for multi-coin configurations. How Millionaire Mode's jackpot trigger works for Coin Flip is shown in the in-game Millionaire Mode panel. While Millionaire Mode is active, standard wins pay at 90% of the off-mode rate; that 10% margin is what funds the jackpot shot on every round.
Provably Fair Verification
Each coin flip result is derived from SHA-256(server_seed + ':' + client_seed + ':' + nonce + ':' + coin_index) for coin_index 0, 1, 2, ... N-1. The hash for each coin is computed independently, and the result bit (0 = Heads, 1 = Tails, or the reverse - per published specification) is extracted from the hash. All N coin results are computed from the committed server seed before the flip animation plays.
Verification procedure: after client seed rotation (server seed revelation), recompute the SHA-256 hash for each coin using the revealed server seed, client seed, base nonce, and coin index. Extract the result bit and compare against the displayed Heads/Tails outcome for each coin. All N coins must verify independently. WickedBet publishes the bit-extraction specification for each coin result.
How Millionaire Mode's jackpot trigger works for Coin Flip is shown in the in-game Millionaire Mode panel. The Golden Coin result (which side all coins must land on) is separately determined, ensuring that neither the standard game outcomes nor the Golden Coin target can be inferred from the other's hash chain.
Millionaire Mode Technical Details
Millionaire Mode in Coin Flip is free to enable; there is no separate per-round fee. Each round can trigger a Golden Flip; the in-game Millionaire Mode panel shows exactly how the trigger works for Coin Flip.
While Millionaire Mode is active, standard wins pay at 90% of the off-mode rate. That 10% margin is what funds the jackpot shot on every round; the main-game mechanics are unchanged.
A Golden Flip opens the jackpot condition. The jackpot is a fixed $1,000,000, pre-funded and paid as a single transaction when the condition resolves.
The jackpot does not accumulate between rounds. Every Golden Flip is a full attempt at the headline figure.
Frequently Asked Questions
What side bets does Millionaire Coin Flip offer and what are their payouts?
Six side bets are available: All Same, Streak of 3+, Sandwich, Perfect Alternation, Mixed Bag, Mostly Same. Each is an independent wager placed before the round and settles on its own outcome, regardless of the main result.
What is Millionaire Coin Flip and how does it work?
Millionaire Coin Flip is a provably fair binary-outcome game where the player selects Heads or Tails and one or more coins are flipped using independent SHA-256 hash derivations. A single coin has a 50% win probability and 1.96x payout. Multiple coins can be played simultaneously; all must match the player's selection for a win.
How does Millionaire Mode function in Millionaire Coin Flip?
Millionaire Mode is free to enable with no per-round fee. While it is on, standard wins pay at 90% of the off-mode rate; that 10% margin funds the jackpot shot on every round. Each round can trigger a Golden Flip (the in-game Millionaire Mode panel shows how the trigger works for this game); the $1,000,000 jackpot is pre-funded and paid in full when the condition resolves.
How can I verify Millionaire Coin Flip is provably fair?
Each coin result is derived from SHA-256(server_seed + ':' + client_seed + ':' + nonce + ':' + coin_index). All coin results are independently computed from the committed server seed before the flip. After client seed rotation and server seed revelation, each coin's result can be independently verified by recomputing its specific hash and extracting the result bit.
Which cryptocurrencies are accepted for Millionaire Coin Flip?
BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT (ERC-20/TRC-20) and BNB are all supported. Deposits credit your account in USD; every stake, payout and jackpot in Millionaire Coin Flip is denominated in USD regardless of which crypto you sent. Withdrawals return on-chain to a wallet address you nominate at cash-out time, subject to standard network confirmation.
What is the mathematically optimal strategy for Millionaire Coin Flip?
Strategic differentiation is entirely via coin count: single-coin produces frequent near-even-money results; multi-coin produces rare high-multiple payouts. The choice between configurations is purely a function of variance preference, as expected value is identical. While Millionaire Mode is active, standard wins pay at 90% of the off-mode rate; that 10% margin is what funds the jackpot shot on every round.
